Teaching acrylic classes or workshops is something that I really enjoy. Growing up, I always thought that I would be a teacher. In many ways that dream has been fulfilled with the art classes that I teach at several locations. In addition to the classes that I teach at Michaels in Gastonia, I teach classes regularly at the Pharr Family YMCA in McAdenville, NC and occasionally at the Lucille Tatum Center in Gastonia, NC.

This is the painting we just finished. Our next classes will be techniques. We will be working on just painting a poppy and how to get the fringe on the petals.
